Remove grease bleeder plug and run motor until excess grease is expelled.
Reduce belt tension.
Check and align motor and driven equipment.
Have shaft straightened and check rotor balance.
Replace bearings before they damage shaft
Check end shields for close fit around circumference and tightness.
Reduce the end thrust from driven machine.
Add grease to bearing, ¾ full.
Replace bearings.
Flush out housings and re-lubricate
