Check and align motor and driven equipment.

If bearing rings are in perfect condition, clean re-lubricate the bearing, otherwise replace bearing.
Isolate and eliminate cause of rubbing.
Take bearing apart and clean. Reassemble only if rotating and support surfaces are unharmed.
